That being said, we will ensure and do our part to ensure delivery is prompt and secured. We do NOT refund for minor leaf damage Or delays as that is sadly out of both of our hands.
Refunds will be given only if all proper photos and documentations are shown and we will offer a 100% refund or a replacement of equal or less value!
